North Carolina for Military Employment (NC4ME) is a comprehensive public-private partnership dedicated to military employment. NC4ME’s vision is to make North Carolina the number one state for military employment.
Each year in NC, approximately 20,000 highly-trained, technically-skilled Veterans transition out of the military. That STEM workforce is a business-builder for the NC industry, as well as a major asset to recruiting new business opportunities to the State.

NC4ME is dedicated to helping all Veterans, Transitioning Service Members, Guard/Reserve Members, and Military Spouses find meaningful employment. Hiring veterans drive better business results for North Carolina’s employers and economic growth for our State.
