"Army aviation support facility number two, C/1–131 & C/1–126 Medevac conduct hoist training with NC Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (HART) North Carolina Emergency Management at Salisbury, NC Aug. 17th and 18th. Members of HART continue year-round preparation for rescues across North Carolina. Several leaders worked together for this particular training top include Chris Bailey, NC HART manager, Chief Bobby Cooper, Fire Chief for Brevard, NC, and Chief Warrant Officer 3 Jay Moon of the North Carolina National Guard."
