University Provides Defense Research for Agencies

Fayetteville State University's Center for Defense & Homeland Security (CDHS) collaborates with local, state, and federal agencies – including the Army and Special Operations partnerships at Fort Bragg. The research done at CDHS impacts the STEM, cybersecurity, national security, and emergency management disciplines. These fields directly tie to missions completed by the military in North Carolina. U.S. Marines participated in training that included new tactics and training with unmanned aircraft systems, like the one shown below.​
