Air Force ROTC Cadets Participate in Field Training Day at Seymour-Johnson Air Force Base

Air Force ROTC cadets from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University Det. 605, participate in small-unit tactics during field day training at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, on April 21, 2022. During the training, teams of cadets moved between barriers, covered one another, and communicated with each other in order to progress forward.​

There are 33 Reserve Officer Training Corps programs throughout North Carolina. These programs provide the education and preparation for university and college students planning to enter the military branch as an officer. Roughly 6,000 officers are commissioned nationwide by the U.S. Army alone each year.
