North Carolina Central University's (NCCU) School of Law received a $100,000 grant from the Duke Energy Foundation to finance the new Private Booker T. Spicely Endowed Scholarship Fund.
The scholarship will be available for current and new law students who are involved with the NCCU Veterans Law Clinic. The law clinic seeks to aid current military members and veterans by supporting their legal and civil rights.
