The NC Department of Transportation (NCDOT) has joined the Department of Defense's Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), aiming to connect military families with career opportunities within the state agency. As part of the membership, NCDOT gains access to connections, materials, and an online portal to source resumes from prospective candidates who are military spouses.
