Key stakeholders and leaders from across North Carolina attended the first North Carolina Defense Summit (NCDS) in September 2022.
NCMAC launched an awareness campaign that will begin playing on screens across the greater Charlotte area. During a press conference at Central Piedmont Community College, ET Mitchell presented the lead advertisement to stakeholders. This media campaign is focused on the important impact the military has on the area's economy, workforce, and quality of life. ET said, "The military plays a big part in making North Carolina the great state that we call home. So we're going to celebrate the positive impact that the military has on our state."
